Baked Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat

1T. parsley flakes

1 1/2 t. salt

12 oz. tomato paste

1 clove garlic(minced)

1T. basil leaves

2 c. tomatoes


3 c. cottage cheese

2 eggs beaten

2 t.. salt

1/2 t. pepper

2T. parsley

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese


Lasagna Noodles

Directions

Brown meat slowly in skillet.
Add parsley, 1 1/2 t. salt, tomato paste, minced garlic, basil leaves and tomatoes.
Simmer for 30 min. (open)

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan Cheese
Mix well, and let stand.
Prepare lasagna noodles according to directions.
Alternate layers in large casserole dish (meat, noodles, cheese mixture).
Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake 30 min. at 375.
